BRILLIANT-ON-A-BUDGET 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Time for a trip back to our childhoods with some fun activities that were real family faves...

Get your little ones excited about a jam jar, some string and a piece of bread! The shallow waters of Queen Elizabeth Gardens or The Old Mill are great spots to try and catch some minnows (please be careful and make sure you throw them back afterwards!).

Old Sarum Castle is right on our doorstep and is a fab place for a walk. The outer ring is free to walk and has breath-taking views of the entire city. There’s a small car park on Hudsons field which is free to use if you don’t mind the little extra walk across the field.

Riverbourne Community Farm is free entry from 10am – 1pm, so why not take your tiny humans there for some farmyard fun with the small animals, birds, and all the usual farmyard suspects… 🐮🐷🐴🐔 The farm is easily accessible too for disabled and elderly visitors. There are also some great walking trails nearby!
